RITA MORENO

Rita Moreno is one of the few Puerto Ricans who got to the top of Hollywood. She is also a dancer and singer. She successfully managed to stay in the industry for 70 years. Moreno is one of the few artists to win the four major entertainment awards in the United States of the year: Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony. She is also one of the 23 people who won the “Triple Crown of Performance” award and won the Individual Performing Arts Academy, Emmy Award and Tony Award.

She started as a young girl who was invited to do voiceovers for American films that would be translated to Spanish versions. Then finally, at the age of 13, she was able to land on her first Broadway role as Angelina in Skydrift. She also played supporting roles in The King and The West Side Story that helped her to be in the mainstream. The actress made wise investments throughout her career. For sure, it would be enough for her retirement.
