Frank Ocean is one of the latest innovative musicians in this lifetime. His career in the entertainment industry began when he became a ghostwriter for celebrities like Beyonce, John Legend, and even Justin Bieber. His first break was in 2011, with the debut of his mixtape called nostalgia, ULTRA. Ten years in and Ocean has won numerous awards, and he is still not done. However, he wasn’t called Frank Ocean before. The singer’s real name is Christopher Edwin “Lonny” Breaux, and he was born in New Orleans. Danny Ocean inspired his name in the film Ocean’s 11. 

He did change his name to Christopher Frank Ocean because he thought it was fantastic. Besides, he said he didn’t like his name, so he changed it. His music career has continued its upward trajectory, and he has since collaborated with other artists too. He has also used his investment money on a radio station called Blonded Radio, where he released many of his singles.
