Most people know that Bill Cosby is an excellent comedian who has been in the industry for over six decades. He began his career in comedy and then starred in his own sitcom show, The Bill Cosby Show, which has also produced many celebrities in the process. His last few years in the industry were riddled with lawsuits, requiring him to employ a lawyer’s help.

Once he goes out of prison, though, he will go back to his lovely home on Elkins Park. Records from the Montgomery Country indicate that Bill Cosby purchased this 8,940 square-foot house built in the 1800s for about $250,000. That amount has now ballooned to $750,000 by conservative estimates. His mansion sits on three acres of land that has other buildings. The house itself has seven bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.  At least, Bill has something to look forward to.
