Unlike many child actors whose career plummeted after their initial stardom, Ron Howard’s did not. In fact, the exact opposite happened. After guest-starring in many TV series, Ron moved on to sitcoms and movies like American Graffiti, Willow, and The Paper. As a director, he also received the Oscars for Best Director and Best Picture. What’s more impressive is that he has two stars in the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a credit to his excellent acting skills.

Ron’s long-time house has recently sold for the asking price of $27.5 million. It sits between Westchester and Greenwich. For over 20 years, Ron and his wife Cheryl grew their family here. His wife also has a flower and organic vegetable garden on the property. Having to travel between other homes in Manhattan, Paris, and Los Angeles meant they had to sell it immediately. His New York’s Central Park West Apartment is also listed now for $12.5 million.
