He is not only a musician but also an entrepreneur as he formed the Long Island Boat Company along with his friend Peter Needham.

The property that he purchased was an 8,881-square-foot mansion located in Miami Beach. Luckily, the price of this property on the market is $14 million. Well, that amount wouldn’t hurt the pocket of the new owner since he’s a billionaire – to be exact; he’s the CEO of the Italian leather company Tod’s.
